Katie
Originally from Los Angeles, California, Katie now lives with her family near Frankfurt, Germany. She has always loved fitness, from pilates and spin class as a teenager, to bootcamp and running marathons, and everything in between.
After practicing law for approximately 10 years and experiencing some major changes in her life, Katie turned to yoga, pilates, movement and meditation for healing. Through reconnecting with her breath, body, and spirit, she was able to reclaim herself. She loves sharing her passion with others through teaching. The mind body connection is so important in today’s society, where so much of our attention is focused outward. Pilates helps its practitioners grow stronger, more flexible and aware of their bodies, allowing them to stay strong and healthy, despite the demands of everyday life.
Katie very much looks forward to sharing this love with anyone who wants to try reformer pilates, and hopes to keep growing and learning, and sharing her knowledge with others.

In 2017, Ana earned her Pilates certification and created her own unique method blending Pilates with strength training, which she has taught in fitness studios for the past seven years. More recently, she developed “Strength and Stretch” – an innovative fusion of reformer-inspired movement and deep mat-based stretching.
Ana remains unwavering in her commitment to sharing the profound essence of yoga and movement. Through her guidance, students discover the graceful art of movement, the stillness of meditation, and the awakening of their inner energy.
With 14 years of teaching experience and collaborations with renowned teacher training schools in Bali, Ana embodies yoga as a holistic way of life and warmly invites others to join her on this transformative journey.
